Although I thought it was a disaster at the time it turned out to be the best thing that could have happened. The communication throughout this project has been exceptional, I never had to ask for updates on anything as they were frequently provided to me. The team also helped with giving great advice on changing some of my original ideas to even better ones. Their attention to every little detail ensured everything was done to the absolute highest of standards, things I would never ever have thought of myself. I had full trust in this team to know better than me.

Nothing was too much trouble for the guys, things I thought were possibly major problems were absolutely no issue for them all. They put my mind at ease each time I encountered something I thought was going to be a huge problem. The hours worked & the dedication to my garage conversion were so impressive. I had things unrelated to the project go wrong in my home and the guys helped out each time without hesitation. Their work ethic & professionalism is to be highly commended.

The finished work is a dream come true and I couldn’t not have had a better team to do it. I am planning to do some more work later in the year and I won’t hesitate to use VIP Renovations again & I look forward to working with Ivan and the guys again.

Ivan and the team planned and implemented our garage conversion. It was quite a big job taking several months involving some demolition, creation of a utility room and bathroom and installation of windows and underfloor heating. Inevitably, as the work progressed, some elements had to be reassessed and replanned and Ivan was always very responsive and good at providing alternatives and options and explaining the implications.

Our project is in 2 phases, phase 1 creating an open plan kitchen sitting room which meant taking down 2 walls, some tilling, painting, electric work, moving radiator etc..and phase 2 removing old kitchen and putting a new one. Phase 1 is now over and we are delighted with it. Ivan, Isa and their staff were super easy to deal with, nothing was too much trouble and the result is great. We are a family of 5 including 3 young children and a dog and the work was carried out while we were in the house which was not easy but everything went smoothly without any problems.

I couldn't recommend vip renovations enough, they were friendly and professional, as for the cost they are really fair compare to other quote we got. Thank you guys! Can't wait for the kitchen to be done too.
